About this journey

The Signature Journey has grown from many years of working closely with women through pregnancy and into the early months of motherhood.

It reflects a way of working that values continuity, relationship, and sustained presence over time, rather than support offered only at isolated points.

This journey is intentionally offered as a year-long container, beginning early in pregnancy and extending into the early months after birth.

It is designed for women who are seeking consistent, thoughtful support across this full season, whether alongside an existing care provider or, where appropriate, with clinical care also forming part of the journey.

For women who are familiar with my work, this may feel different in its structure and pacing.

The intention, however, remains the same: to offer grounded, attentive support through a deeply important time.

Because of the depth and duration of this journey, it is offered as a considered, long-term commitment rather than a casual or short-term offering

Pre-Pregnancy Preparation

Some women begin working together before pregnancy, using this time to prepare their health, their mindset and their direction before moving forward.

This can include strengthening overall health, reducing stress and nervous system load, and approaching pregnancy in a more considered and supported way rather than navigating it alone or reactively.

This work is offered as a short, structured programme prior to entering the Signature Journey. Enquiries are welcome.
