REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Evolve Women’s Health & Coaching (“Evolve”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including coaching programs, education, group offerings, and clinical care delivered as part of the Signature Program or other agreed services.
By enrolling in or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. General Principles
All services are delivered with care, professionalism, and integrity.
Due to the personalised nature of coaching and clinical services, refunds are limited.
This policy operates alongside the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit your rights under that law.
3. Coaching Programs (1:1 and Program-Based)
Commitment and Payments
Coaching programs involve the allocation of time, resources, and professional availability. When you enrol in a coaching program, you are committing to the full program duration.
Payments made for coaching programs are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
Where payment plans are in place, you remain responsible for completing all agreed instalments.
Cancellations Before Commencement
If you cancel before the first scheduled coaching session, and no services have commenced:
You may be eligible for a partial refund, less any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees (if applicable).
Missed or Cancelled Sessions
Coaching sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Missed sessions without notice are not refundable and will not be rescheduled.
4. Group Programs, Workshops, and Education
One-Off Workshops and Events
For single-session workshops or events:
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled date may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable administrative or booking fees.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as preparation and resources have already been allocated.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or non-attendance on the day are non-refundable.
At Evolve’s discretion, a transfer to a future workshop or a credit may be offered in place of a refund.
Multi-Session Programs and Courses
Multi-session programs and courses are non-refundable once commenced.
If you are unable to attend a session, recordings or alternative resources may be provided where available.
5. Clinical Care Within the Signature Program
Nature of the Program
The Signature Program includes integrated clinical care and coaching support over an agreed period. This care involves reserved capacity, ongoing availability, and continuity of support.
Refunds
Fees paid for the Signature Program are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
Monthly or instalment payments reflect access to ongoing support and professional availability, not individual appointments.
Early Discontinuation
If you choose to discontinue the Signature Program early:
No refunds will be issued for services already provided or for remaining program time.
Any outstanding instalments remain payable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Clinical Appointment Cancellations (Where Applicable)
Clinical appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or be forfeited.
Missed appointments without notice are not refundable.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Evolve Women’s Health & Coaching understands that unexpected life events can occur.
In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or significant unforeseen events), we may consider:
Program pauses
Session rescheduling
Credit toward future services
Any such considerations are offered at Evolve’s discretion and do not constitute an obligation to provide refunds.
8. Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to services not being provided with due care and skill.
9. Policy Updates
This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time.
The most current version will be available on our website. Continued engagement with services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
