Groups and education at Evolve provide opportunities to learn, connect and access professional guidance within a welcoming environment.
Offerings will develop in response to the needs of women, families and the wider community. Sessions may be facilitated by Evolve or by experienced practitioners whose work aligns with the values of the clinic.
Groups and shared support
Evolve will also host support groups, facilitated conversations and opportunities for women to connect through shared experiences.
Some groups may focus on a particular stage or experience, while others may provide broader emotional, practical or social support. Professionally facilitated counselling and wellbeing groups may also be offered in collaboration with appropriately qualified practitioners.
Group education and support do not replace individual clinical or therapeutic care where this is needed.
Sessions led by visiting practitioners
The Evolve space is also available for suitably qualified practitioners to deliver groups, workshops and educational sessions.
Topics may extend across pregnancy, postnatal health, parenting, emotional wellbeing, relationships and broader aspects of women’s health.

Education through pregnancy, birth and beyond
Planned offerings include antenatal and birth preparation, breastfeeding and infant feeding education, and sessions supporting postnatal recovery, early parenting and the transition into motherhood.
Classes may be offered as individual workshops, short series or ongoing educational programs, with details published as they become available.
