Evolve CARE packages bring together personalised midwifery care, specialist lactation expertise and thoughtful preparation for birth and motherhood, from pregnancy through to six weeks after birth.
Your care is provided personally by Linda Wilson, an experienced Endorsed Midwife, IBCLC Lactation Consultant and Master NLP Practitioner with more than 25 years of clinical experience across women’s health, pregnancy, postnatal care and infant feeding.
Unhurried appointments give you time to explore your options, discuss concerns and make informed decisions with a clinician who knows your history and priorities.
Both packages include
Personalised pregnancy appointments and comprehensive clinical assessment.
Screening, prescribing and referrals where clinically appropriate.
A dedicated birth planning appointment.
A dedicated breastfeeding and infant feeding preparation appointment.
Planned postnatal care for you and your baby through to six weeks after birth.
Specialist support with breastfeeding, bottle feeding or mixed feeding.
Priority appointment scheduling and direct messaging support within agreed availability.
Personal guidance and reassurance throughout your care.
Care is coordinated with your chosen maternity hospital. Labour and birth care is provided by your hospital maternity team.
Evolve CARE
Comprehensive pregnancy and postnatal care with dedicated preparation, specialist feeding support and continuity with Linda.

Evolve CARE Plus
Everything included in Evolve CARE, plus eight dedicated individual coaching sessions with Linda.
These sessions provide additional time to explore confidence, self-trust, identity, relationships, changing expectations and your own goals during pregnancy and the transition into motherhood.
The coaching is tailored to your priorities, giving you space to work through what matters to you beyond your clinical appointments.

Both packages provide the same comprehensive clinical care, appointment priority and personal support. Evolve CARE Plus adds dedicated coaching sessions.
Payment and Medicare
Payment is available upfront or in agreed instalments. Medicare rebates can be claimed following each eligible clinical appointment.
Estimated out of pocket costs are based on approximately $1,500 in Medicare rebates for the standard clinical appointment schedule. Actual rebates depend on individual eligibility and the appointments provided.
Coaching sessions do not attract any rebates.
