Nurture & Thrive
A postnatal support journey for emotional adjustment, wellbeing, and feeding support
About Nurture & Thrive
Nurture & Thrive is a short-term support offering designed for women in the early weeks and months after birth.
The postnatal period can be a time of significant emotional, physical, and psychological adjustment. Even when birth has gone well and support is in place, many women find themselves needing space to process their experience, to settle into motherhood, and to feel held during a time that can feel both tender and overwhelming.
Nurture & Thrive offers calm, attentive support during this period, recognising that postnatal wellbeing is shaped by more than one factor and that emotional support, adjustment, and feeding experiences are often deeply interconnected.
How this support is offered
Nurture & Thrive is offered as a time-limited one-to-one journey, typically spanning three to four weeks, depending on individual circumstances and needs.
Support is tailored to where you are in your postnatal experience and may include emotional support, reflective conversation, practical guidance, and feeding support, including specialist lactation care where appropriate.
Nurture & Thrive is offered as clinically informed postnatal support, working alongside existing medical or maternity care where applicable, and providing continuity, guidance and reassurance during the postnatal transition.
Investment: from $997
Extended support option
Some women find that short-term support meets their needs during the early postnatal period. Others feel they would benefit from being held through a longer phase of transition.
Nurture & Thrive is also available as an extended 12-week support option for women seeking greater continuity during the first three months after birth.
This extended pathway offers ongoing one-to-one support as feeding, emotions and confidence continue to evolve, while still remaining a time-limited and contained offering.
Support is paced to allow space for integration and adjustment, and may include emotional and reflective support, feeding and lactation guidance, and practical navigation of the postnatal transition.
The extended option is designed specifically for the postnatal period and does not replace longer-term or pregnancy-to-postnatal care pathways.
Investment for the extended 12-week support option: $3,497
Feeding and lactation support
For many women, infant feeding plays a significant role in how the postnatal period is experienced.
Nurture & Thrive includes the option for specialist lactation support, recognising that feeding experiences can influence emotional wellbeing, confidence, and the early relationship between mother and baby.
Support is offered in a non-judgemental, responsive way, honouring individual circumstances, preferences, and feeding goals.
Who this support is for
Nurture & Thrive may be supportive if you are finding the early postnatal period emotionally intense, if you are adjusting to motherhood and seeking steadier ground, or if feeding challenges or questions are affecting your confidence or wellbeing.
Some women access this support shortly after birth. Others come a little later, when the initial busyness has passed and space opens for reflection and integration.
This offering is designed to meet you where you are, without pressure to “fix” or rush the postnatal experience.
Location & access
Nurture & Thrive is offered through Evolve Women’s Health & Coaching, based in Joondalup WA.
For women who are local, support may include a combination of in-person and online sessions, depending on needs and circumstances.
For women outside Perth, Nurture & Thrive is available fully online, with the same relational approach and continuity of support.
Next steps
Nurture & Thrive begins with a conversation to explore your postnatal experience and determine whether this support feels appropriate at this time.
Because the postnatal period can be tender and deeply personal, this initial conversation is an opportunity to ensure the support offered feels aligned and responsive to your needs.
During the initial conversation, we can explore whether short-term or extended support feels most appropriate for your current needs.
