1. Agreement
By engaging with services provided by Evolve Women’s Health & Coaching (“Evolve”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all services offered by Evolve, including but not limited to coaching, education, clinical midwifery care (where applicable), lactation support, workshops, programs, and group offerings.
2. Scope of Services
Services provided by Evolve are intended to support women through various life stages, including preconception, pregnancy, postnatal, lactation, and broader wellbeing and mindset support.
Depending on the service selected, support may include:
Coaching and mindset-based sessions
Education and guidance
Clinical midwifery care within the agreed scope of service
Evolve does not provide:
Emergency or crisis medical care
On-call or immediate emergency response
Labour, birth attendance, or labour assessments unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement
Clinical care during labour, birth, and immediate postnatal periods is provided by the client’s chosen birthing facility or healthcare provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Voluntary Participation
Participation in all services is voluntary. You may choose to discontinue services at any time by providing written notice to Evolve.
Please note that refunds, cancellations, or changes to services are subject to the specific terms of your chosen program or agreement.
4. Information Collection and Privacy
You consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal and health information in accordance with the Evolve Women’s Health & Coaching Privacy Policy.
Your information will remain confidential and will only be accessed or shared with authorised personnel involved in your care, unless required or permitted by law.
5. Risks, Benefits, and No Guarantees
While Evolve aims to provide supportive, evidence-informed, and high-quality services, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
You acknowledge that:
Coaching and education are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or emergency care
Participation is undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility
6. Emergency and Urgent Situations
Evolve Women’s Health & Coaching is not an emergency or crisis service.
In the event of urgent or emergency medical concerns, you agree to contact:
Your hospital or obstetric provider
Emergency services (000)
Response times for non-urgent communications may vary and may extend to one or two business days.
7. Practitioner Availability
If your scheduled practitioner is unavailable due to illness, leave, or unforeseen circumstances, Evolve may offer:
A rescheduled appointment, or
An alternative appointment with a suitably qualified practitioner
Any alternative practitioner will be appropriately trained, experienced, and aligned with Evolve’s professional standards.
8. Fees and Payment
You agree to meet all financial obligations associated with the services you have selected.
This includes:
Payment of fees as outlined at the time of booking or enrolment
Adherence to any agreed upfront or instalment payment arrangements
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and changes to services are governed by the Evolve Women’s Health & Coaching Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
9. Amendments
Evolve Women’s Health & Coaching may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The most current version will be available on our website. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
