One-to one Coaching
A supportive space for reflection, clarity, and personal growth across life’s seasons
About one-to-one coaching
One-to-one coaching offers a private, focused space to explore what is present for you and to work thoughtfully with the patterns, questions, or transitions you are navigating.
This work is not limited to a particular life stage. Women arrive for coaching during times of change, uncertainty, recalibration, or when they feel ready to reconnect with themselves more deliberately.
Coaching sessions are shaped around your individual needs and may include reflective conversation, mindset work, gentle inquiry, and practical support to help you move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.
How this coaching is offered
One-to-one coaching is offered exclusively in packages, rather than as individual sessions.
This allows the work to unfold over time, providing continuity, depth, and space for integration between sessions.
Packages support a more meaningful coaching process, where insight can be explored, applied, and revisited as life continues to shift.
Who this coaching may suit
One-to-one coaching may be supportive during times when life feels uncertain, transitional, or in need of gentle recalibration.
Women often arrive for coaching when they are feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, when familiar ways of coping no longer feel effective, or when they are seeking greater clarity around decisions, direction, or self-trust.
This work offers a steady, non-judgemental space to explore what matters most to you, to reflect on patterns that may be shaping your experience, and to move forward in a way that feels aligned rather than pressured.
Coaching is not about fixing or pushing toward an outcome. It is about creating space for understanding, internal clarity, and meaningful change to unfold over time.
Coaching during pregnancy and early motherhood
Some women choose one-to-one coaching during pregnancy or early motherhood, either alongside their existing care arrangements or as a standalone support.
In these cases, coaching focuses on emotional wellbeing, confidence, identity shifts, and the internal experience of becoming a mother, rather than replacing clinical care.
Where appropriate, coaching may also draw on my background in midwifery and lactation support, while remaining within the scope of coaching rather than primary maternity care.
Next steps
One-to-one coaching begins with a conversation to explore what you are looking for and which package may be most appropriate.
Because this work is relational and tailored, it is important that the support feels aligned for both of us.
