Pregnancy and Pre Pregnancy Coaching
Individual support for the emotional, practical and personal preparation for pregnancy and motherhood.
Coaching is available for women preparing for pregnancy, navigating pregnancy or wanting support to approach birth and motherhood with greater clarity and confidence.
Sessions may explore:
• Preparing emotionally and mentally for pregnancy
• Navigating uncertainty, fear or previous experiences
• Building confidence in your choices
• Preparing for birth, feeding and the postnatal period
• Managing competing advice and expectations
• Maintaining your identity and wellbeing through change
Appointments are available online throughout Australia, with in person sessions available in Joondalup.
Sessions can be booked individually, with tailored support available when you would benefit from working together over a longer period.
Evolve CARE
Highly personalised pregnancy and early motherhood care, combining clinical expertise, specialist feeding knowledge and confidence focused coaching.
Evolve CARE is personally led by Linda Wilson, a highly experienced Endorsed Midwife, IBCLC Lactation Consultant and Mindset Coach with more than 25 years of experience across women’s health, pregnancy, birth, postnatal care and infant feeding.
This is more than a schedule of routine pregnancy appointments. Evolve CARE combines comprehensive clinical care with preparation, education, lactation expertise and mindset support, helping you feel informed, confident and actively involved in the decisions you make throughout your pregnancy.
Care is tailored to you and may include:
• Individual antenatal appointments
• Clinical assessment, screening, prescribing and referrals within midwifery scope
• Preparation for birth and the early postnatal period
• Breastfeeding and infant feeding preparation
• Support to work through fear, uncertainty or previous experiences
• Mindset coaching to strengthen confidence and self-trust
• Postnatal and feeding care following birth
• Continuity with a practitioner who understands your history and priorities
Support begins during pregnancy and continues through to six weeks following birth, bringing clinical care, practical preparation and personal guidance together within one trusted relationship.
Evolve CARE Investment
Package fee: $2,490
Estimated Medicare rebates for eligible women: approximately $1,500
Estimated total out of pocket cost after rebates: approximately $990
Eligible appointments are privately billed. You pay the applicable appointment fee and then submit your claim to Medicare. Medicare rebates depend on your individual eligibility and the appointments provided.
A limited number of Evolve CARE packages are available to ensure each woman receives a genuinely personal level of care.
